Where is my photo?

  • First of all, the tile-image should be ordered. Please make sure to indicate your e-mail address. Otherwise, you won’t be able to receive the link for downloading.

  • After being ordered the photo is in a line for being generated. All pictures are generated based on the strict order. Therefore, some waiting period might be occurred. In most cases the waiting time is 1-3 hours depending on a line size.

  • The notification mail with the downloading link will be sent to your e-mail address when the tile-image generation is completed.
